8. But my call to guest services to resolve the problem merely resulted in the operator transfering the caller to an AT&T operators and a ten minute wait to talk to someone who couldn't resolve the problem.

9. i was able to relocate to another room, was given a voucher for breakfast, and although she couldn't fix the internet herself, she staed on a conference call between me and at&t untill they were able to solve the problem.

10. it began horribly as the ac understandibly was just not strong enough for the room; there was a problem i believe with the bandwith and i had the hardest time connecting to the internet ; i ordered room service and that came back cold.
