1. But the little things were annoying - curtains that won't close entirely, no previous channel button on the remote, elevator buttons only half working, no pool (hey, it's LA and warm), no directions to the ice machine, nice chair, but no footstool, mirror hidden behind a lamp, and the big problem - air conditioner wasn't strong enough.

2. Second room toilet was fine, mildew was way way worse (smelly too) and still no A/C also was an adjoining room (always potential for annoying noise.

3. The one thing that did really annoy me is the fact there was no safety deposit box in the room- which seems standard in US these days, the're available behind reception but too be honest are so dated and small its easier to carry your stuff round.

10. If you don't want to pay $32 for parking, you have to go around and find a place to park which was little annoying I must say.
