1. The air conditioning system was noisy and oddly designed -- when I turned it off there was more noise than when it was on.

5. My only comment would be that the ballroom had a constant squeaky fan noise-- when asked about it we were told that it was most likely the elevator/escalator fans from the Macy's Plaza.

10. The clerk actually said, 'if you are a light sleeper, you might not like this room, it's near the elevator,' but since I'm a solid sleeper, who also travels with a white noise machine, I figured it would be no problem.
