1. One evening there was one poor guy on his own and that's just not fair, to him or the guests.

The only negative thing that I could say about this hotel, and it did not affect my stay, was that the corridors to the rooms are really unattractive, poor carpeting with stains (on floor 19) at the elevators and the colour of the carpet is so drab with the wall paper also being non discript, not a good first impression.
