2. I was not able to move from a very noisy room the night I checked in but after working with Gustavo he moved me to a much better location and ensured I was able to get directions to where I needed to go as well as other amendities, such as the club service.

3. A homeless person accustomed to sleeping under a noisy bridge? Someone taking Ambien who is thus completely drugged out of their mind? Someone who drank about 40 martinis and then passed out? If none of these descriptors apply to you, then avoid those suites.
