1. Just wanted to let folks know about the excellent service I received from the front desk, specifically Gustavo Gomez, in resolving a room issue with noise.

2. I am so frustrated I go talk to the manager and nicely explain had it been one thing I could live with my check in issues, but I had real issues with not being able to pull in to check-in and not being able to give the bellman my luggage, having to pull my luggage through a parking garage, through the mall and lastly having them take so long to answer the phone to be told to hold.

3. My only issue was the lack of a gym in the hotel.

4. The other issue was telephone services - getting a wake-up call took at least 2 tries most nights with the phone ringing over 20 times.

5. I am very sensitive to noise so would I be able to get a hotel room higher up? This eliminates all noise issues.

9. There weren't any noticeable issues with cleanliness in the rooms either, except for some mysterious brown stains on the bathroom ceiling.

10. We could only use the tv remote in the bedroom (they had a notice posted that they are having issues with the two tvs/remotes interferring with each other - they are working on fixing it), but that wasn't really a problem for us as we only watched tv before bed anyways.
