1. The hotel was a little old and the elevators were small & worn, but the room accomodations were decent & comfortable.

3. The biggest problem is just being outdated/worn out(I hate to use the word dingy) and really in need of a renovation, when staying at a hotel chain you expect the hotel, room, banquet rooms, to all look brand new, even if the hotel is a couple decades old, I didn't get that feeling when I stayed here.
