During breakfast, there was one cook for dozens of hotel guests -- I assume somebody called in
sick
(I hope that's the case) because it was a long line and the poor guy was working like a madman.

I do understand hotel policies but where it is 4am in the morning and no access to a fax machine and they are willing to let a
sick
son out on the street just for hotel policy, I do not believe that is right.

I certainly would be spreading the word that their is certainly no hospitality with Embassy suites and the
sick
or injured will not have a place to sleep even if it is 4am.
