1. Serivce was good under the circumstances, but I am extremely dissatisfied with Hiton's response, or lack thereof, to my complaints about the security and the maintenance issues encountered.

4. My only two suggestions (not complaints) would be to allow smoking in some section of the bar since there is plenty of room to accommodate, and work out some way to provide free shuttle service to/from the airport.

5. The only redeeming factor was that when I asked to speak to the manager at checkout she was willing to listen to my list of complaints (much longer than I've included in this review) and arranged for 'corporate' to send my a voucher for a free stay elsewhere.
