1. I ate a total of two bite of the sandwich after a couple spoonfuls of terrible french onion soup which was greasy, cold and included a piece of either rubber or vinyl which I think was suppose to be cheese.

4. If it wasn't for the stellar customer service from the front office manager and the phone rep from corporate, I would be rating this poor or terrible.

7. This Embassy Suites was certainly not the nicest one I've ever been to (I've stayed at quite a few), but it was not terrible, either.
