4. I am happy that my luggage got replaced and my car was treated by an exterminator at my request as a precaution.

5. They even got an exterminator to my house to treat my car as a prevention, as I checked in on Friday, sat on the beds with friends, got back into my car to go out, and it wasn't until Saturday morning when I woke up to reddish brown bugs crawling next to my pillow.
