8. Overall, unfortunately, TAJ did not meet my expectation as one of the top hotels in the area and would not recommend as such.

9. Second, the three stars (neutral rating) came from this thought: I had an unfortunate experience (not inconsistent with several reviews), told a professional woman at the front desk who asked the pregnant question during check out ('How was your stay?'), and in response I received a substantial credit against the cost of the room.
