1. While we had no major problems, nothing about the rooms, the property, or the staff make this a luxury property.

7. We joked that if we owned this hotel, we would let two people keep their jobs-Lindnsey the bellhop and the lady I mentioned who I believe is the head of the housekeeping department (Young white female in a suit who resolved all of our problems.

8. finally a young white lady (apparently the head of the 7th floor housekeeping) resolved the problem and had extra towels sent up for us (great since we only had 2 anyways.
