7. When I explained that the situation was making us late for dinner, the manager said I don't see how this bedding issue has anything to do with your lack of preparedness time.

8. The decor lacks a pulled together look, seems to have been designed to impress grandmas and is way short of what you usually get in 4*, never the less 5*, hotels.
