1. The cleanliness of our carpet on our premier room was horrible and the bathroom was dirty.

8. In the bathrooms, a bare minimum of toiletries, we remembered some splendid art in the halls now replaced with prints, torn seat cushions, the piano in the grill gone, two waiters in the grill, curtains that are dirty, wilting under scale flowers in the lobby.
