I ended having to wait another 10 mins to get my car and when the valet showed up with it he was very
apologetic
but also did not offer to help with my bags, he only did so after I asked if he could grab them off the luggage carrier.

Our bags were nowhere to be seen waited for an hour or so then tried to call no answer so went down to the front desk to retrieve our bags they were very
apologetic
but not the level of service you would expect.
