1. And screaming infant in the adjacent room would have been a huge issue except parents got the kid to stop after 10 minutes.

3. None of the above are major or critical issues but given that all of these occurred at a Taj hotel during one stay, I could not hide my disappointment to the check-out staff.

9. Upon checkout there was an issue with not being credited for one night free due to my use of rewards points, and the man at the desk quickly credited me for the night.
