1. We had a mishap with our door lock being broken, which was a pain, so it would have been nice if they had offered a coffee or drink to make up for the annoyance.

4. Apparently the city steampipe going into the hotel was broken and all hotel staff kept saying was give it 5 or 10 minutes -- nobody really knew and I`m sure they were hoping for a quick fix.
