1. When this was the Ritz-Carlton, I always noticed dust in the vents and on top of the light bulbs in the lamps, and all the light fixtures had a covering of dust - as I live in a building of the same era, I know how difficult it is to keep dust from gathering.

3. This could be charming I suppose, but also the room was drafty and it was difficult to stay warm.

4. While there are definitely cheaper alternatives in Boston, for the level of service and if you need the extra room that a suite provides, it would be difficult to find a more inexpensive property that provided the same level of quality.

7. I actually did not choose this hotel because it was difficult to get in touch with the catering manager assigned to us and we had great concerns that this would carry over to our wedding.
