1. Only one plug was easy to use and it was by foot of bed - hard to charge electronics there.

2. 1) We had a hard time getting a good cup of coffee in the morning- the machine in the room made terrible coffee, we didn't want to sit down in the restaurant for meal, and sometimes coffee was not available in the lobby.

3. It had dim lighting, a poorly flushing toilet, hard to use pocket door in the bath (handicapped room was only available at booking), ripped caulking on the sink, and an old brown carpet that was very worn, especially at the adjoining room doorway.

8. Cabs were also hard to come by so we actually booked a rental car the morning we left the Sheraton as for Austin, it's definitely nice to have.

10. If it weren't for the fact that the bed is comfortable, the hotel has amazing staff members who work hard, the lovely lobby with free wi-fi, and a fantastic group of people working in the restaurant I would be rating this hotel 2 stars.
