Was told to wait about 30 min which I did but after seeing a lot of other people in the lobby waiting i went up and asked if my rooms were ready? Was told no at first but they could see my

I would say it's a great place, but I left my brand new perfume on the bathroom counter and have called for several days about it and no one's returned any of my calls so it's kind of
frustrat
ing because it was expensive perfume.
