1. This may well have been fluke, and to their credit, the hotel felt so bad about it that they gave our group an hour of free beer near the end of our stay, but it still took them the better part of the two weeks to get the elevators (sort of) working.

5. the carpeting was dirty, the tile in the bathroom didn't look good, the shower/tub had a bad repair job, the bedding on one bed had stains, and the walls had several dirty marks on them, the hairdryer was gross with a sticky dirty handle.
