1. unfortunately, we decided to opt for more pillows over our heads instead and calling down to the front desk for help when the street musicians continued playing past our bedtime.

2. unfortunately, the rooms on the street side (we were on the 4th floor, so not on the ground floor), did not block out much of the noise and we had 3 very sleepless nights.

3. So what were the shortcomings?There was dried blood on the bed comforter, which unfortunately I didn't notice until the morning after I slept it in.

5. The Villa Florence is located close to the centre of San Frans shopping area very convenient to the cable cars & dinning areas, making it easy to get around the city, the hotel staff were super helpful & friendly but unfortunately the room was a bit of a dissappointment, we a had a double double room, thats a room with two double beds but it was really designed for one we found the room cramped for 3 adults with a tiny bathroom and in need of an overall upgrading.

7. The only concern we had was after checkout - and unfortunately, not something the hotel could control - the parking facility where our car had been valet-parked took 45 minutes to bring the car, while we waited at the curb.
