2. For my partner it was so bad she had great difficulty sleeping while laying in the normal direction, so she ended up sleeping basically across the foot of the bed, where it hadn't broken down.

3. I had read in other reviews that the beds could be a bit soft, but the one in our room was beyond soft, it was very broken down, to the point it was slanted, and this caused both of us quite a bit of back pain.
