1. Overall, the lack of space can be overlooked since this hotel is smack dab in the heart of union square and you have all the best stores and restaurants right at your fingertips, so tiny didn't ruffle my feathers too much.

The Villa Florence is located close to the centre of San Frans shopping area very convenient to the cable cars & dinning areas, making it easy to get around the city, the hotel staff were super helpful & friendly but unfortunately the room was a bit of a dissappointment, we a had a double double room, thats a room with two double beds but it was really designed for one we found the room cramped for 3 adults with a tiny bathroom and in need of an overall upgrading.
