1. My one complaint was the room was dusty and housekeeping hadn't emptied the wastebasket from the prior guest.

2. I've stayed at the Villa Florence for business at least half-dozen times over the past few years and find it a great value for the money even with the $15 admin fee (which is clearly shown on the website - you really can't miss it despite the complaints here).

7. Seriously, my only complaint was that there could have been a better hair dryer in the bathroom, and the windows could have been a little cleaner, but really.

10. We didn't eat in the restuarants, as the were a bit pricey for us, but what we saw on passing thru looked very nice,Only real complaint is the parking, was $48 a night, inc tax.
