1. It's clearly a strategy by the hotel to attract bookings and one that has been picked up on by many of its guests but as the manager clearly addresses genuine issues directly on this site so in the interests of constructive criticism, I'm hoping he'll take this seriously - the additional $15 per night charge irritates and alienates guests and must inhibit repeat business - I urge you to abandon this ploy, include the $15 in the rate quoted and allow the hotel to earn its keep fairly (which I'm sure it will do).

2. But there was somekind of construction/repair work going on the streets plus along with the narrow streets gave a congested feeling.

4. Due to the construction going on in the front of the hotel, access was not the best, but the valet staff were very attentive and dealt with the situation in a very professional manner.

7. But I would not reccommend this hotel, because it is dishonest not to dsiclose to customers that the place is under construction, and you can book a room for the same price or better in a comporable hotel (NOT under construction) nearby.
