1. Obviously, everyone has been complaining about these fees on here and the hotel knows that.

2. The staff did their best but they were also aware that the hotel was not adequately insulated from street noise and my guess is that we were not the only ones complaining.

7. Our room faced out into a backyard, but we couldn't complain because it was very quiet and we almost didn't notice we were in the middle of a lagre city.
