Our first room was road facing and very
noisy
, so we opted to change to a back room with no view (the view from the front into Powell is nothing special from the second floor in any case.

The location is fantastic but there is a trade-off as it can be pretty
noisy
being directly on Powell Street.

We were told that it was street facing on the second floor, and if it were too
noisy
we could change rooms - appreciated the honesty of the check-in staff.
