We checked in, the top floor was to high for my partner, they accommodated, another floor was too close to gym, a little noisy, they accommodated, another room became too small, smaller than the first room, they accommodated, we finally settled on a room and they performed all this with a smile and complete patience and appeased us in every way.

4. I called one hour before checking-in and they confirmed that non-smoking and 2 double bed was not available and that the room was too small to accomodate a rollaway bed (i offered to pay for the extra).
