1. Only other issue which needs addressing is the understaffed reception which frequently had long queues.
"Good but expensive extras " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/23/2012 Vote
2. It's clearly a strategy by the hotel to attract bookings and one that has been picked up on by many of its guests but as the manager clearly addresses genuine issues directly on this site so in the interests of constructive criticism, I'm hoping he'll take this seriously - the additional $15 per night charge irritates and alienates guests and must inhibit repeat business - I urge you to abandon this ploy, include the $15 in the rate quoted and allow the hotel to earn its keep fairly (which I'm sure it will do).

5. My room had 2 small issues- the tv shut itself off every 30 minutes ( no timer issue- I checked) and as I went to iron a shirt as often needs to be done on business trips- I notcied the iron had a nice coat of rust on it and decided to test it on one of their towels-SO glad I did- It would have ruined my shirt.
