1. Had to half-climb over one of the beds to get to the bathroom, but it wasn't a big deal for us.

2. Our room was very small, and offered basically no amenities, but a coffee maker (which we had to clean ourselves -- not a big deal, but what are the stars given for?) We had no view whatsoever (we saw the opposite wall about six feet from our window), but on the positive side, we heard nothing of the street noise, which was pretty loud.

3. during the few days, both key cards used to enter the room stopped working so it was kind of a drag to go down six floors to the lobby to get new keys after a long and tiring day, but it is hardly a big deal.
