1. unfortunately, by the time we found out we could get tickets (from an outside vendor), it was our last day and we didn't have time.

2. unfortunately you don't know where should you go, so there is a big chance that you come to the wrong lobby at one building, and then they said you have to go to the lobby at the other building.

3. We travelled with Virgin Holidays and this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in when I have booked with Virgin, if you have the unfortunately to be booked in here, if they try to put you in the annex, just refuse to move from the reception and demand a room in the actual hotel, believe me you will thank me for it.

4. I agree with others that the room walls are thin and unfortunately there was a big football game and lots of very excited people running up and down the halls.

5. unfortunately the noise from outside was excessive, i spoke to the manager and explained the problem and I was told that all the rooms are noisy and if I wanted to try another room I could but it would be the same ??? Suffice it to say I did try out another room and sat in it for about 15 minutes to decide, he was right, it too was noisy, even noisier than the one we first got.

6. unfortunately this was the only hotel that we had pre-booked (3 nights stay) before our trip, had we have been able we would have cancelled the last 2 nights.

7. unfortunately on the interior, you get noise from hotel staff dumping garbage into the outdoor bins and the garbage truck if you happen to be there on garbage day.

8. The bed was comfortable, but unfortunately there was a lot of noise from outside at night - street cleaning, bins being emptied - which made it difficult to get a good nights sleep.
