I didn't return the key to reception quickly enough because the manager took time out from his busy schedule to call me up and scold me for taking too long meaning they couldn't use the room that night but hey, I'd only spent 1500 bucks so who cared if i could sleep or not ??? I pointed out that one of the windows was broken and perhaps if it was repaired that might help with the noise problem, the manager wasn't impressed and got very defensive.
