1. They act like tourists are a huge inconvenience to them and definitely won't go out of their way to help.

2. Our access cards to both the room and the parking lot didn't initially work, whilst the front desk attended to fixing the cards there was no apology for the inconvenience.

They have 2 buildings, and we were in the 2nd building, which was may be might be a slight inconvenience for those with children or alot of luggage (im sure they have shuttles that take you to the building -we just walked) You are within walking distance of pier 39, the entire wharf, and a short cable ride or a longer walk to chinatown, little italy, union square, etc.

8. Also, the pool is located in the main building area which again causes a bit of inconvenience if you are staying in the second building and want to use the pool.
