1. Service: I always tip housekeeping but I stopped in this hotel after they left a full bunch of dirty wet towels in the corner of my room (I guess they used them to clean around and then forgot to take them from the room.

3. On the negative side, I did not like the furniture, everything look old and dirty, I mean room was clean but you get that impression.

4. Do not stay here if the dirty room and bad customer service was not bad enough the hotel is close to the Walgreens which is nice but it is also near the MUNI stop which means noise and a lot of the homeless sleep across the street and make noises at all hours.

5. It is a little run down, our bathroom was dirty (hair on the floor, water spilled on the counter) upon our arrival and the room smelled really bad.

7. The hotel is in an ideal position for Fishermans Wharf , Pier 39 etc but were very disappointed in Fishermans Wharf, it appeared quite dirty and scruffy in need of some cleaning up and were amazed by the amount of homeless people in the area asking for money and going through bins .

9. It wasn't really clean either, because there was waste in the trashcan, a piece of paper under the bed, the shower was a bit dirty, strokes on the walls and just the overall condition of the room was just outdated.

10. It also appears that the cleaners were too short to reach the top of the walls as the top corners were dirty enough that when a wet finger was drawn through the area it left a line in the 'scum'.
