1. The only downside, and it is with most of the hotels in San Fran, parking is very expensive in the hotel car parks - this one as a minimum of $40 per night - however there is ample on street parking around the hotel - which is free between 6pm and 8am.

2. The only downside was there were a few people begging for money which can be offputting, but they don't grab you or anything, just ask for spare change.

3. The downside was that you should avoid rooms on the east side (Leavenworth St) and probably south side of the hotel as they are quite noisy with rock music until midnight from the nearby Cannery and alternate day street cleaning with vacuum trucks around 4am.

6. A downside for a large group (we had 9 people in four rooms) is that breakfast was not included and was only available in the hotel for $24.

7. Got put in the other building which the only downside really was the pool was in the main building so it was just too far away to make its use practical but there is a lot of other stuff to do in San Francisco other than the pool.
