1. The downside was that you should avoid rooms on the east side (Leavenworth St) and probably south side of the hotel as they are quite noisy with rock music until midnight from the nearby Cannery and alternate day street cleaning with vacuum trucks around 4am.

2. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly the only negative would be that it is loud down there and I am a soft sleeper so all the sirens and trucks and stuff woke me up but my wife had no idea as she sleeps like a rock.

4. On the water front a great blues rock club, just behind hotel are two Irish pubs the smaller is more friendlier with great atmosphere for dancing and socialising.

6. The bad were hard as a rock, I don't think I have ever slept on a bed this hard before and don't care to again.
