1. Room is very outdated, clean enough but not worth $300 per night, $100 would be closer to the mark, have stayed in many holiday inns on this trip, most are very good, this is shockingly bad.

5. The older bell men are very kind and helpful (just the bell boy with long braided hair is very rude and has a very bad attitude).
