1. Room is very outdated, clean enough but not worth $300 per night, $100 would be closer to the mark, have stayed in many holiday inns on this trip, most are very good, this is shockingly bad.

3. We flew from Australia to LA, changed planes & flew to San Fran, total of 20 hours & arrived to be given an outdated, small room for 3 people overlooking a brick wall & dumpster.
