1. The staff at check-in was unfriendly, the room smelled at smoke, the restroom was apparently clean but both the bath hub and the toilet haven't been clean from latest stay (I save you the details), the towel was broken on one side.

Oh, and a rude and unfriendly desk clerk who gave me a double (after asking for a king), and rolled her eyes at me when I returned to switchI would stay here again, but would park elsewhere and arrive early enough to inspect my room before bed to be sure I had proper lighting and a working iron.
