1. My biggest complaint about the hotel were excessive charges for Internet, parking, and on demand movies.

3. So, when I was packing to leave on our last day I noticed the earplugs on the nightstand and figured it's a common complaint from guests staying here if they're going out of their way to provide them.

6. My only complaint about this hotel was regarding our room, it had a slightly smoky odor to it when we arrived and it did not clear out the entire time we were there.

7. The only complaint is parking, they offer for a fee but only can accommodate up to 6' clearance since it's underground.
