1. Make no mistake, although the hotel calls itself the 'Hilton Financial District', having a view of the Transamerica Pyramid doesn't take this hotel out of Chinatown.

3. All around the world I learned to know Hiltons as quite luxurious first class hotels and I expected the same from a US Hilton - but this way quite a mistake.

4. The gentleman at the concierge desk reviewed my room and notes and explained that he has never seen Joel make a mistake in the 10-years that he has known him (from the Hilton as well as prior hotels) and that is was not in his character.

10. It is extremely close to a mission (south of the main entrance) where they feed homeless people and I made that mistake when Im suddenly in the midst of people holding drug paraphernalia out in the open- not a very good place for kids- was very dicey and sketchy.
