1. After 2 nights, we went to the front desk to pick up our new keys and were shocked to discover that they had just given away our room to another guest AGAIN.

2. I knew about the parking ahead of time from other reviews, but its still a shock when you get the bill at the end of the trip for over $200 for parking.

3. This was really shocking for us specially that my wife would have to have enough sleep as she was under medication due to recent surgery she had as well as she was attending the American Dermatology conference at the Moscone center there and we already had a jetlag so will definitely could use every single minute of relaxing and sleeping .

4. Well all went fine except for one of the days as we were sleeping one day and at 9;00AM we were shocked and woke up on a very loud and big banging (hammer-like) right on top of our room roof and we were on the 7th floor at the Hilton Financial District ????????????.

6. We'd have had a much better stay if we knew about all the taxes (almost $30/night) and the Internet and parking fees ahead of time, instead of being shocked with our bill at check out.

8. the response was hotel security detaining us for at least an hour, while four guards stood around speaking in a different language, doing absolutely nothing while one made phone calls to his supervisor, who (somehow shocking) never managed to appear on the scene.
