1. I found it hard to keep the room's fan/cooling system on to create white noise w/o either making it too hot in the room or too cold.

2. The wall of windows was very nice, but the windows were super dirty on the outside (I get it, it's San Francisco and hard to keep cleaner with the fog and weather).

3. My hard to please 18-year-old daughter stayed in a city view double-bed room on the 24th floor.

4. Two suggestions:Have your tec staff look into why I pads in the executive lounge have a hard time connecting to wifiShould have adult cereals, oatmeal, granola in exec lounge.

5. They still had the hot pads out from the night before - would it be hard to add a hot item or two to the cold items of cereal, fruit, cheese, and pastries? Newspapers and televisions were provided along with free use of four iPads - all nice touches.
