3. The wall of windows was very nice, but the windows were super dirty on the outside (I get it, it's San Francisco and hard to keep cleaner with the fog and weather).

Granted this was setup at a temporary location but dirty plates were stacked up behind a bar area in clear view of guests, the two staff members we were ever able to find were rude when asked for a clean bowl (some of the 'clean' ones were visibly dirty) and food and coffee items missing or not being refilled.

6. I have a feeling that this might not be consistent across the board in this hotel, and that they may have some rooms renovated to Hilton Standards, with others still quite disgusting (dirty carpet, hair in the bathtub) as I found my room to be.

7. 9/10 august: nobody picks up my laundry and I'm asked to bring my dirty cloths down to the reception.

8. We had a city view room but unfortunatley during our stay there were building works going on on the building over the road which meant that our city view was spoilt by very dirty windows and cranes etc.
