6. Our rate included parking which can only be accessed through towers 2 or 3 so it was slightly inconvenient to come and go as we had to go down to the lobby level from our room and then up to our parking floor in Tower 3.

8. These things sometimes happen, but I think the hotel should've offered something to make up for that inconvenience, at the very least, an open room in one of the towers that did have hot water that morning.
