1. Plus, you are in a city, you should expect some noise ;) The only negative I found was that the pool is tiny.

7. The only negative is that there tends to be a lot of maintenance going on at night, but you can't hear it from the rooms; Just be careful if you go down to the lobby at night.

9. Only negative was that they didn't have my room available at the 3 pm check-in time until I raised a stink then suddenly the 'exact same room' just 2 floors below (but still executive level) became available.

10. I hate to have anything negative to stay, but if early loud noises are an issue, you may want to ask if the construction is still happening, and plan to get a room on the opposite side.
