1. Plus, you are in a city, you should expect some noise ;) The only negative I found was that the pool is tiny.

4. Across the street is the Portsmouth Square Garage ($27 for 24 hours) and on Washington their are 2 garages, one run by ACE parking and one tiny garage run by Place 2 Park (415-776-6300) We parked with Place 2 Park because for 24 hours it was only $17.
