1. And I thought this hotel was smoke-free, however, there were clearly smokers on our floor (and also the smell of the wacky weed filled the hallway on Saturday night).

4. The staff at check-in was unfriendly, the room smelled at smoke, the restroom was apparently clean but both the bath hub and the toilet haven't been clean from latest stay (I save you the details), the towel was broken on one side.

5. However even my new room smelled like cigarette smoke so they sent housekeeping with oil lamps to eradicate the smell which helped a lot - they should keep an inventory whether their smoking clientele is declining and offer smoking rooms accordingly.

6. I came in after a 7 hour flight later in the evening and checked into a room which smelled of smoke and the bed was on the right hand side of the room (I prefer left hand side) so I went downstairs to change rooms and there was no problem at all - in fact the views were so great on both sides I did not know which one to pick so I took a look at a third room.

10. I drag my bags and wait in line again, and on the third time, I was finally given a room that was modern, didn't smell like smoke and spacious, but I was tired and having to drag my bags down to the lobby was very frustrating.
